Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide remote support to customers
- Monitor support What’s App and email accounts and provide answers to customer questions directly
- Escalate to programmer team for debugging/bug fixes or for more complicated questions or requests
- Help maintaining, updating and extending user manuals and quick reference documents
- Help maintaining, updating and extending website texts

Syarat Pekerjaan
- Good English proficiency (written & oral)
- Standard computer literacy (comfortable with MS Office)
- Good communication skills, willing to learn and work together with a small and tightly-knit team
- Highly motivated, willing to learn about agronomic topics and work on complex problems
- Interested in working long-term in Sleman, DIY
- Knowledge in programming, SQL or oil palm agronomy desirable but not required
- Ready for job interview in Sleman, between 26th January 2026 to 6th February 2026
