Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Respond customer inquiries via email, chat, e-commerce, social media
- Process and track orders and pre-orders
- Follow-up emails and provide updates
- Handle claims, refunds and complaints
- Update and maintain order records
- Monitor product listing and pricing accuracy on the platform
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Good English written communication skill
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce
- Organized, detail-oriented, able multitask
